Sleep deprivation has become an epidemic in our country evidenced by a steep rise in the use of sleep medications. However, often medication is a quick but temporary fix. If you lie awake with racing thoughts, worry’s and/or anxiety about loss of sleep, hypnosis may work for you. Often racing thoughts and the concern about not sleeping contribute to insomnia.
